All pouches are made from either wadding, or a flex foam, to give the body to hold their shape. -
Yes, we do offer personalisation on some products.
If you do not see the option for personalisation in the listing. We are not able to personalise it, as the item has already been manufactured by us. We do not recommend adding personalisation to products that are already made, as this can lessen the puffiness and shape and style of the final product -

A refund request can be submitted within 14 days after the purchase is made.

All shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer. IF your item/s are found to be faulty or damaged, we will cover shipping. your will be refunded for the shipping costs, once we have received the item/s and have determined that they are infact damaged.
